IBS

Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or “IBS”, is a problem that affects millions of Americans. It’s painful, it’s uncomfortable, and it can seriously limit their ability to function as a normal human being should.

Someone who suffers from IBS may suffer from bouts of cramping, constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, and abdominal discomfort. If the foundation of good health begins in the gut, then IBS is a plague currently weakening the resolve of millions of otherwise healthy children and adults.

One of the reasons we created the Detox Organics superfood mix was to combat this issue, helping to make the lives of those sufferers as enjoyable as it could be.

All of the symptoms of IBS are carefully targeted by our unique, scientifically formulated blend.**

To see just how Detox Organics works, make sure you read this guide to the end.

What Causes IBS?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome can be triggered by a number of things, but the most common causes are:

  • Diet: The food you eat greatly impacts your gut health. If you constantly consume highly refined and processed foods then you may be deficient in the enzymes and nutrients your body needs to perform optimally. This, in turn, could lead to issues such as IBS.

  • Poor Sleep: A lack of sleep can trigger a domino effect that begins with a little fatigue but ends with depression, anxiety, IBS and a weakened immune system. You might not think a little less sleep would have a major impact, but it so often does.

  • Gut Bacteria: Your gut is a haven for friendly bacteria and it is this bacteria that helps to break down the food that you eat. If there is an imbalance of any kind, then your body may struggle to digest foods properly. Such imbalances can be caused by medications (such as antibiotics), poor diet and disease.

If left untreated, IBS can become debilitating and significantly impact a person’s social life, relationships, and career, with symptoms such as:

• Pains

• Cramps

• Gas

• Bloating

• Constipation

• Diarrhea

• Alternating

• Constipation and Diarrhea

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Tiredness

• Sleep

• Disturbances

DETOX ORGANICS & IBS

IBS is said to affect as many as 20% of the US population (1). It can present either with chronic constipation or chronic diarrhea, two opposing issues that make it difficult to find a single cure.

There are medications out there, but these don’t work for every sufferer all of the time and they cause an array of unpleasant and even dangerous side effects.

In many cases, IBS can be temporarily relieved with dietary and lifestyle changes. This isn’t true for all cases, but when you consider that many symptoms can be exacerbated by low quality foods, inactivity and alcohol consumption, it’s something that’s clearly grounded in common sense.

In creating Detox Organics one of our goals was to formulate a potent organic superfood blend that soothed the gut in a natural, gentle way.

Detox Organics has since been used by countless customers with IBS and we’ve heard nothing but good things. It really has worked for them, and every day the Detox Organics inbox is flooded with excited, relieved customers who can’t believe they’ve finally found something that works.

To understand just why it works so well, keep reading. To see what some of our customers had to say about Detox Organics and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, see below.

HOW DETOX ORGANICS BEATS CONSTIPATION & CRAMPING

There are 25 superfoods in Detox Organics. These are designed to work synergistically, targeting everything from bloat to acid reflux and more. All of these foods help to reduce the symptoms of IBS, but some are more important than others:

Aloe Vera: Aloe vera is effective at reducing abdominal pain, discomfort and flatulence resulting from IBS (2).

Turmeric: One of the world’s most effective natural anti-inflammatories, turmeric is an effective, gentle, complementary remedy for IBS (3), helping to reduce digestive inflammation and the issues it causes.

Horseradish Tree Leaf: Also known as “moringa”, this is one of the most exciting superfoods out there right now, with research backing up claims about its anti-inflammatory (4) and antioxidant properties (5), both of which may help to reduce IBS symptoms.

Peppermint: A common cure for indigestion, peppermint has also proved to be effective at reducing the symptoms of “non-serious” IBS (6).

Coconut Water: IBS can cause aggressive bouts of diarrhea, which can deplete essential electrolytes. The addition of coconut water helps to replenish these nutrients and restore the body’s mineral balance.

Lemon Balm: This herb is very effective at soothing digestive issues and in recent years it has received attention as a possible cure for IBS (7).

HOW TO STAY IBS FREE

Everyone reacts differently, everyone responds differently to foods, drinks and medications, and the first step to combating this syndrome and living IBS free is to understand how it affects you.

After that, you need to:

  • Watch What you Eat: Some IBS sufferers don’t suffer flare-ups related to food, but many more do. It’s a trial and error process—when you find something you react badly to, avoid it. Dairy and caffeine are two leading contributors.

  • Drink Water: Staying hydrated is the first step to good health whether you have IBS or not. Try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, tea, and other low-sugar options.

  • Live Stress-Free: Stress is a leading contributor to IBS flare-ups. If you lead a busy life, you may want to consider taking some time to meditate, practice yoga, or simply take a long bath. It really can make the world of difference.

  • Try an IBS Friendly Diet: The internet is awash with IBS-specific diets that have worked for many millions of sufferers. They might not work for you, but there’s no harm in trying.

  • Detox Daily: Remember to keep taking your Detox Organics. You may feel the benefits within a day or two, but if you stop taking it then they will go away.

  • Contact a Doctor: If you have tried everything above and are still struggling to manage the symptoms of IBS, speak with a medical professional. There may be something else at the root of your problem and they may prescribe medication that can help.
