Just take a look at this Peppermint Hot Cocoa. It’s made with coconut milk and cacao powder in addition to a scoop of our super healthy detox drink Detox Organics. It’ll fill a hole, warm your cockles, and make you feel better from the first sip.

The Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop Detox Organics powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 drops peppermint oil

The Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and warm over a medium heat.

Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!

Healthier Peanut Butter Buckeyes

Our Peppermint Hot Cocoa is not the only healthy sweet treat that we have for you today. These Peanut Butter Buckeyes make for the perfect addition to your sweet and creamy drink and they are just as easy to make. This recipe will make a nice, hearty batch that you can share with friends, but you can also put them in the fridge and enjoy them as an occasional snack over the course of a few days.

The Ingredients

  • Makes 20 buckeyes
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 scoops Detox Organics powder

The Instructions

Mix the peanut butter, coconut flour, vanilla, maple syrup and salt together until a cookie dough consistency is formed.

Scoop out with a cookie dough scooper and roll into a ball. Place on a plate and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute. Add in the Detox Organics and stir to combine.

Using a fork, place a buckeye into the melted chocolate and tap the fork to remove excess chocolate. Use a toothpick to slide back onto the plate and store in the freezer to harden until ready to eat!
