Carbs are not the devil. It’s all about how many of them you consume and how nutritious they are. In this recipe we’re going to prove to you that you can enjoy carbs while still getting your dose of superfoods and without scarifying your diet.
This is a simple recipe that uses sprouted grain bread, an easily digestible type of bread that will satisfy those carb cravings in a way that won’t hurt your gut or your diet. It also includes tahini, which can provide some healthy fats; a scoop of Detox Organics, which offers a wealth of superfoods in a single serving; and healthy toppings of your choice.

- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 scoop Detox Organics
- 2 slices sprouted grain bread, toasted
- Toppings: fresh fruit, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, coconut flakes
The Instructions
Whisk together the tahini and Detox Organics powder. Spread the toasted bread generously with the superfood chocolate tahini. Top with fresh fruit slices and any additional toppings of your choice!

Warm Superfood Chocolate Chia Pudding
If that recipe didn’t fill you up then maybe this one will. It’s a delicious chocolate pudding made with healthy chia seeds, flax seeds and Detox Organics. These three ingredients provide a whole spectrum of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats, from Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, to all of the minerals and vitamins that your body could need.
It’s so healthy that you won’t need to feel guilty adding a sprinkle of dark chocolate on the top, although we recommend going all-out and using raw cacao nibs instead.
The Ingredients
(serves 2)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 scoop Detox Organics
- 3 cups coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
- Garnish: fresh fruit, nuts or cacao nibs
The Instructions
In a small saucepan over a medium heat, add the coconut or almond milk, flax seed and chia seeds. Whisk until the pudding begins to thicken, which should take about 3 minutes. Continue warming through and whisking until the pudding has reached your desired consistency (about 10 additional minutes).
Pour the warm chia pudding into two bowls and top with nuts, cacao nibs and fresh fruit!
