Low-Carb Chocolate Fudge Protein Balls
Makes 15 balls
1 ½ cups macadamia nuts
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop Daily Protein
¼ tsp salt
Add the macadamia nuts into a food processor and process until it forms a sticking ‘batter’ (this should happen quickly due to the high fat content in macadamias).
Add the flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, Daily Protein, and salt. Pulse until thoroughly combined. The batter should be soft.
Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop your mixture onto a plate and roll it into balls. Repeat until all of the mixture is gone. You should have about 15 balls.
Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to solidify. Transfer to an airtight container or bag and store in the freezer for an easy grab-n-go, low carb snack or treat.
While you may be able to argue that the chocolate makes these balls a great snack, or the fact that they are easy to make and save for later, we think the best part of this snack is the Daily Protein.
