Line a mini muffin pan with 12 mini muffin cups (or use 4 standard muffin cups). In a medium bowl, whisk together the nut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, Detox Organics and salt until smooth. Divide between the muffin cups.
Top each fat bomb with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and cacao nibs. Place in the freezer to chill for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.
