- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup organic sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Detox Organics
Preheat your oven to 375º. Line a cupcake baking pan with baking cups.
Using a double broiler, melt your chocolate chunks and butter until smooth. Once mixture is melted and smoothly mixed, add in your sugar, cocoa powder and Detox Organics, stirring until combined. Then stir in your eggs, salt and vanilla extract.
Fill your baking cups about ½ way with your mixture and bake for 14 minutes, or until the cupcakes begin to bubble. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
