2 sourdough bread slices toasted
1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 & 1/2 scoops detoxorganics
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
2 tsp blueberry jam
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp coconut oil (you may need more if you are not using a non stick skillet)
Shaved raw chocolate
In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup coconut yogurt, detox organics, vanilla &maple syrup until well combined. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup coconut yogurt and 2 tsp blueberry jam. To make the caramelized bananas, heat the oil in a non stick pan and pan fry the bananas until golden brown on both sides.
Top your toasts with Detox chocolate yogurt, blueberry yogurt,
caramelized bananas, blueberries, cacao nibs and shaved dark chocolate.
P.S: you can use add the remaining choc yogurt, if any, to serving cups and serve them topped with fresh berries like chocolate pudding!Hint: You can double the chocolate yogurt recipe and have extra pudding cups!
