Detox Chocolate Buckwheat Granola

Ingredients 

Guidance:

Preheat the oven at 300 F ( or 150 Celsius).

In a big bowl, add the buckwheat, detox organics and chopped dates and mixed until all ingredients are well incorporated. 

Add the brown rice syrup and coconut oil and mix again, making sure all the ingredients are well combined and the dry ingredients are all coated with the wet ones.

Add the granola mixture onto a baking tray lined with silicone mat or parchment paper.

Using a spatula, make sure you spread the mixture evenly in a single layer to prevent the overlapping of the granola which can create a less crunchy result.

Bake at 300 F for 30 to 35 minutes.  

 

💡 Tip 💡

We baked ours for 40 minutes because we like them super duper crunchy, but be aware, not all ovens are created equals, so keep a close eye on your granola once 30 minutes have passed. 

When ready take your tray out of the oven and let the granola cool completely before breaking it into clusters and transferring into a jar or container.

It will dry  & become crunchier as it cools down.

We keep ours at room temperature for up to 5 days in a sealed container but feel free to refrigerate it.
