Overnight oats are a great alternative to energy bars and other quick breakfast snacks. They are creamy, sweet, and delicious from the first bite to the last and there are also a number of ways that you can make them.
It’s something that we recommend everyone tries at least once, even if you’re not a big fan of oatmeal. Trust us on this—overnight oats taste like nothing you have had before and once you sink your teeth into their creamy goodness you’ll want to eat them every morning.
There are many ways you can make them, but we have a great recipe here to start your journey with overnight oats. It includes almond butter, banana and chia seeds, as well as the most important ingredient of all: a scoop of Detox Organics.
The Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 scoop Detox Organics
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
The Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar, screw on the lid and shake to combine. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy when ready!

If overnight oats are the perfect breakfast food then this superfood chocolate cashew milk is the perfect evening drink. It can also be consumed alongside your oats in the morning, but it’s relaxing, creamy and soothing, so we find that it works best as an evening drink. It contains filling protein and a wide range of nutrients to ensure your body stays nourished throughout the night.
The Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 4 hours
- 1 Medjool date, pit removed
- 2 scoops Detox Organics
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt 4 cups filtered water
Blend for 1 minute until creamy and enjoy!
