Sometimes we just want to reach for something sweet, but the last thing we want is a treat full of sugar. And when we are hungry, sugar is the last thing we want to be reaching for. When you snack on traditional cookies, you are working against your goals, and they do little in keeping your hunger at bay. Too much sugar and bad ingredients can promote inflammation in the body, give you a sugar crash later, and make you gain weight.
Because these cookies are made with protein, they make the perfect snack to munch on when you are feeling hungry. You’ll find that they will keep you full longer, which is great if you are trying to slim down and lose weight.
Yes, these cookies may actually HELP you lose weight! It doesn’t get much better than that.
