- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango
- ½ cup water or coconut water
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 capsules Emergency Detox

Directions
In a high-speed blender, add banana, pineapple or mango, water or coconut water, yogurt and coconut. Empty each Emergency Detox capsule into the blender, removing the casing. Blend until smooth. The smoothie will be thick, but if it’s too thick to blend, just add a splash of water. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
