- 2 tsp coconut oil
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop Daily Protein
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup frozen or fresh mango
In a microwavable mug or jar, add the coconut oil and microwave until melted. Add the almond flour, Daily Protein, baking powder and egg. Use a fork to thoroughly mix everything together, making sure to incorporate the egg fully and get any chunks at the bottom of the mug. Stir in the mango.
Microwave for 1 ½ minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the cake from the mug or eat it straight out of the mug. Top with yogurt, mango and shredded coconut, if desired.
