Detox S’mores Bars
For the crust:
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 5–6 oz)
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
For the topping:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (about 6 oz)
- 1 scoop Detox Organics
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 marshmallows, cut in half
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, add the graham crackers and process into a fine meal. Add the coconut oil and process until it starts to stick together. Transfer the graham cracker crust to the loaf pan and press into one even, compact layer.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until firm and golden around the edges. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a baking sheet and trim off any excess parchment paper so that it does not burn.
In a microwavable bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 25 second intervals, stirring each time, until all the chocolate has melted. Stir in the Detox Organics until smooth. Pour the chocolate over the graham cracker crust and spread into an even layer. Top with the marshmallow halves.
Turn the oven to broil on high. Place the bars under the broiler on the top rack. Broil until the marshmallows turn golden brown on top. This happens very fast so make sure you are watching the whole time.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
