- 2 tbs instant coffee
- 2 tbs monk fruit sweetener (golden or white )
- 2 tbs boiled water
- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp Detox Organics Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 cup preferred choice of milk
- 3–4 large ice cubes or crushed ice

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, monk fruit and water. Mix with an electrical mixer until fluffy.
- Use a hand blender or a regular blender to blend the milk and protein powder.
- Add the blended milk mixture to a cup and add the ice.
- Add in the fluffy coffee topping.
- Serve and enjoy.
