Chocolate Detox Truffles

Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups raw pecans
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 4 scoops Detox Organics superfoods
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder to roll the truffles in.
Instructions
Guidance:
- Add pecans, hemp, coconut & Detox Organics chocolate superfoods to a food processor.
- Pulse until the pecans start releasing their oil.
- Do not over mix or else the mixture will become too oily.
- Add brown rice syrup & vanilla extract while the food processor is on and keep mixing until a ball forms in the food processor.
- Scoop out 1 tbsp and roll into a ball between the palm of your hands.
- Add the raw cacao powder on a working surface and roll each ball until it is completely covered with chocolate dust!
Makes approximately 12 chocolate balls. Keep refrigerated.
