- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- ½ cup chia
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup unsweetened cacao
- 2/3 cup melted coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey (or organic agave)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped chocolate (optional)
- 1 scoop Detox Organics
Preheat your oven to 325º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together your oats, coconut, walnuts, seeds and cacao. Add in your salt and mix together.
In a separate bowl, add together your coconut oil, vanilla, honey, Detox Organics, and coconut sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour this new combo over your oat mixture and stir until the oats, nuts and seeds are coated.
Pour your mixture onto your baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes before stirring your mixture on the sheet and bake for another 10 – 15 minutes. Remove from oven let cool on pan. If you choose, mix in chocolate chunks and store in airtight container between servings.
