Do as many air squats as you can in 30 seconds. For more of a challenge, do jump squats instead!
Exercise #2: Inchworms
Crawl out and do inchworms for 30 seconds – you can add in push-ups with each rep!
Exercise #3: Plank
Hold a plank for 30 seconds – try to keep your legs up and back straight!
Repeat Three Rounds Of These Exercises With As Much Rest As You Need!
