Now, let’s talk about Keto desserts…

The Keto Diet is one of the popular diets right now, and that is because of the long-term weight loss success and health benefits many people see. One of the best things that have come out of this diet is the ability to have your cake and eat it too.

Here are 10 Keto desserts that you are sure to love.

And our favorite part? They are all under 250 calories!! This means you can enjoy a guilt-free dessert.

RASPBERRY VANILLA PROTEIN CAKES

This is one of our favorite recipes because you can eat it as a dessert OR have it for breakfast. These little pancakes are sweet and savory, plus they are packed with protein so you won’t be hungry until lunchtime rolls around.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop Detox Organics Daily Protein
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
  • Coconut flakes, for topping
  • Cinnamon, for topping

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk. Add the almond flour, Daily Protein, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes so the flour can absorb the liquid. Stir in your raspberries.

Warm your oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot and simmering, scoop 2 tbsp worth of pancake mix into the skillet. Let cook for 3-4 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until golden brown on both sides.

Serve topped with coconut flakes, raspberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Store your leftovers in the fridge or freezer for later. Simply pop them in the toaster for a quick, protein-packed snack!

Top each fat bomb with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and cacao nibs. Place in the freezer to chill for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.

In a small bowl, mix your Detox Organics Daily Superfoods with your coconut oil. You should be left with a thick, smooth glaze.

CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

A good dessert is one that is chocolate and takes almost no time to prep or make. This simple brown is great because you can make it in just a few minutes; it is only one serving AND only has about 200 calories.

Did we mention it is made with our superfoods? This means you get dessert plus an extra dose of greens.

Ingredients

Instructions

You can either mix this in a mug or a small microwave-safe bowl.

Whichever you choose, we recommend spraying some cooking spray or rubbing down with a bit of oil to keep brownie from sticking.

First, mix your almond butter and almond milk until smooth. Add in your dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

Microwave your mixture for 30 seconds at a time until your brownie has reached your desired texture. We love a nice gooey brownie!

Once done, be careful! Your brownie will be hot!! Remove from the microwave and let cool before eating.

CHOCOLATE NUT BUTTER FUDGE

Did you know that you can have chocolate fudge, even while losing weight and eating healthy? If you know how to do it right, you can! Here is an easy fudge recipe that serves up 8 pieces of fudge at only 140 calories each.

Ingredients

Instructions

In a large bowl, add your peanut butter, coconut oil, Detox Daily Superfoods, and vanilla extra. Mix your ingredients together until they are smooth.

Slowly stir in your stevia to make sure it is well mixed and evenly distributed.

Add your mixture to a rectangular glass container and sprinkle sea salt on top. The size of your container will determine how thick or thin your fudge is.

Place your dish in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the fudge can harden. Store leftovers in the fridge as well.

STRAWBERRY CREAM CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

These strawberry cream chocolate truffles are light, sweet, and so smooth. Honestly, they are one of our favorite little desserts. These little desserts may be low in calories, but we suggest not popping too many at once (as hard as that may be!), as they do contain a lot of coconut oil.

Instead, keep them in the freezer for when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Cream Filling:
  • ½ cup organic cashew butter
  • 1 ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • ½ tsp organic vanilla extract
  • Chocolate:
  • 1 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ cups raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Detox Organics Daily Superfoods

Instructions

Mix all of your ingredients for the cream filling in a blender until smooth.

In a bowl, mix all of your chocolate ingredients together.

Using a traditional ice tray, scoop a tbsp of your chocolate mixture into each slot. Then add a tbsp of your cream filling on top of the chocolate you have added. Top those layers with another tbsp of your chocolate mixture.

Put the ice tray in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until your chocolate, and cream molds are hard. Keep treats in the freezer until you are ready to serve. Allow them to sit for 3-5 minutes before eating.

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

The famous chocolate lava cake is a popular choice in restaurants. After all, its how to resist a chocolate cake with a gooey chocolate center. Try this easy, quick lava cake that amazingly sits at under 200 calories a serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Detox Organics Daily Superfoods
  • 2 tbsp erythritol sweetener
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for vegan, dairy-free alternative)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine your Detox Organics Daily Superfoods, salt, baking powder, and erythritol.

In a separate bowl, whisk your egg until it has a “fluffy” texture.

Add your egg, heavy cream (or coconut cream alternative), and vanilla extract to your first bowl containing your dry mixed ingredients.

Add your mixture into a safe microwave bowl and cook for one minute. If your cake is not solid after a minute, microwave for an additional 10 seconds at a time until the top is solid.

Remember, you don’t want it to be cooked all the way through! This way, when you dive in, the center should still be runny like “lava.”

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE SUPERFOODS CAKE

Flourless cake is known for its density and for being a rich dessert. Although it is on the higher end of this low-calorie list, it still comes in under 250 calories a slice and makes about 8 servings.

Give this recipe and try, but be sure not to eat the whole cake in one sitting.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. unsweetened baker’s chocolate
  • ½ cup grass-fed butter
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • ½ cup Detox Organics Daily Superfoods
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 300º.

In a large pan, melt your chocolate and butter on low heat. Once melted, mix in your 1/2 erythritol until it is fully dissolved. Then, set aside.

Separate your three eggs and beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until they have a “foamy” or “fluffy” texture. Slowly add in 1/4 cup erythritol while you continue to beat the eggs. Your mix should become glossy and begin to form “peaks.”

In a separate bowl, whisk your egg yolks and 1/4 cup erythritol until they are a pale yellow. Mix in your melted chocolate/butter concoction.

Add Detox Organics Daily Superfoods, vanilla extract, and salt and stir. Mix well.

Slowly add in your egg whites, gently folding them into your mix until all the egg whites have been added. Gently mix until the egg whites are evenly distributed. Be careful not to over-mix or mix too roughly, or you risk deflating your egg whites.

Pour your batter into a round non-stick cake pan and bake for 35 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!

LOW-CARB CHOCOLATE FUDGE PROTEIN BALLS

Whether you are looking for a yummy dessert to enjoy after dinner or just was a good mid-day snack that will help you power through the day, these protein balls pack a punch (of vegan protein) while remaining light on calories.

Ingredients

Instructions

Add the macadamia nuts into a food processor and process until it forms a sticking ‘batter’ (this should happen quickly due to the high-fat content in macadamias).

Add the flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, Detox Organics Daily Protein, and salt. Pulse until thoroughly combined. The batter should be soft.

Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop your mixture onto a plate and roll it into balls. Repeat until all of the mixture is gone. You should have about 15 balls.

Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to solidify. Transfer to an airtight container or bag and store in the freezer for an easy grab-n-go, low carb snack or treat.
